Aussie Home Services was founded by Andrew Khoury, a dedicated professional with a passion for excellence in electrical and plumbing services. Andrew’s journey began in 2004 when he started his electrical apprenticeship. From the very beginning, Andrew had dreams of owning his own business, but he knew that solid experience was the key to success. After five years of honing his skills and gaining invaluable insights while working for another company, Andrew felt ready to turn his ambition into reality. In 2009, Andrew established Aussie Electrical and Plumbing Services (AEP) with a clear mission: to create a business where customer service wasn’t just a promise but a central focus of everything we do. While many companies talk about putting customers first, AEP made it the cornerstone of our operations. To ensure we consistently deliver on this commitment, we developed the AEP Customer Care Program—a comprehensive initiative designed to provide our members with a range of valuable services and unmatched support.
